KINDER-ART-Youngest artists, ages 4-6, can create impressive works of art in colored pencil, charcoal, soft pastel, sculpture,
watercolor and acrylic on canvas! If your child can draw a circle, we can soar with birds, animals, still-life, and landscapes that you'll
want to frame and exhibit....and treasure for years to come.
YOUNG AT ART - Drawing, painting, sculpture course for art levels 1-3. Emphasis on creating realistic works with depth, perspective, tone, value, and color. Charcoal, soft pastel, watercolor, acrylic and clay. Young artists create still-life, landscapes, seascapes, animals
and more...ready to frame, exhibit and treasure!
DRAWING BASICS - Technique for seeing and shading create drawings with depth, perspective, tone, value from realistic drawings
in graphite, charcoal, soft pastel. Spheres, cones, cylinders, cubes are fundamentals covered in shading techniques. Artists create
still-life, landscapes, animals, and more...ready to frame, exhibit, and treasure!
SCULPTURE / POTTERY - 3D ceramic pieces hand-built and/or created on the wheel. Firing/glaze/paint and sculpture tools provided.
All original works of art are created: animals, sealife, decorative art, pottery.
AVATAR / ANIME / CARTOON - Specialized studies in character development of Avatar, Anime and Cartooning. Storyboards, comic strips,
cells, and 3D designs are created in black & white to full color presentations of well-known Anime and cartoon characters as well as
creating original characters! Fun, fun, fun!
ART 101 - Basics for different art mediums including graphite, charcoal, soft pastel, watercolor, oil/acrylic, and clay sculpture. Beginners welcomed. Artists are encouraged to sign up for medium of choice upon completion for a minimum four week continued study. Still-life, landscape, seascape, figure, portraiture, and more.
TEEN/ADULT DRAWING and PAINTING - Beginner to advanced studies from life and photos. Specialized training in your choice of graphite, charcoal and soft pastel, watercolor, oil, and acrylic. Subjects may include still-life, landscape, figure, portraiture with emphasis on realistic drawings and paintings. Consult instructor for portfolio preparation.
